Rhys Jones Homes was founded in 2014 with a single mission: to turn unloved run-down properties into wonderful homes that make tenants happy. Our family-run business specializes in single-let, shared flats, and co-living houses. Rhys Jones Homes completely remodeled the layout of this large house which was turned into 3 flats in the late 1970s.

By lowering staircases and removing a very large chimney breast Rhys Jones Homes created a 2 Bedroom with 2 Ensuites two-storey flat, a second delightful 1 bed flat with a fantastic vaulted ceiling and a hugely spacious third flat comprising of 2 bedrooms with a fabulous breakfast bar kitchen/diner.

Right Next door to another Rhys Jones Homes block of flats this very large block of three flats has been recently finished bringing modern and contemporary living via two 1 bedroom flats and a very large two-floor 2 bedroom flat.
